We're 18 days into the new year and already I feel as if some of my resolutions have been ... shall we say ... neglected. For instance, I wanted to get my full splits on both sides this year, and it could still happen, it could, but not if I don't actually start, you know, practicing my splits. Stretching a bit. Making the time, and then forcing myself to actually do it.
Instead, I'm blogging. I'm working to make this bigger and better than ever before. That resolution has my full attention. And look what's come of it! A tasty, vegetarian poke bowl with my all-time (I'm talking ALL-TIME) favorite dressing. I've already used a version of this sesame dressing on these brussels sprouts tacos, and so far, it hasn't let me down.
