When we were in Seattle, we found this smoothie bowl spot near our Airbnb and fell in love. Specifically, I fell in love with their peanut butter granola and decided that when we got home I'd make my own. So here it is: a chocolate smoothie bowl with a crunchy peanut butter granola topping.
In order to make your bowl thick and spoonable, you want your ratio of frozen banana to be high in relation to your almond milk. The portions listed below should get you there, but if for some reason your smoothie base seems too liquidy, you can always add in an extra 1/2 frozen banana.
