I have three favorite foods: dark cherries, fried plantains and deviled eggs. I love deviled eggs and all their many variations - like this! Deconstructed deviled egg toast. These toasts use nearly all the same ingredients as deviled eggs (hard boiled eggs, mayo, chives, salt, pepper and paprika) and would
make a perfect snack-y lunch or appetizer. (Tip: I've tried all the many tips and tricks for peeling hard boiled eggs, but the trick I find the most useful is use older eggs. In my experience, the older the eggs - the longer they've been sitting in your fridge - the easier they'll peel.)
